Body Concerns, considered.

Cellulite, stretch marks, post-pregnancy laxity, isolated fat pockets — body work is honest work. We say what is treatable and what is not, and we never bundle.

Body

Considered care, plainly.

Body work spans several distinct problems — cellulite (a structural change in the subcutaneous fat), stretch marks (a tear in the dermal collagen), localised fat pockets (resistant subcutaneous tissue), skin laxity (loose, descended skin), and stretched abdominal skin post-partum. Each demands different therapy.

Cellulite is universal among adult women and modifiable but not curable; we soften it. Stretch marks respond best when new and red; older silver marks improve more slowly. Localised fat is treatable with lipolysis or cryolipolysis; large-volume fat is not — that needs surgical referral.

A body programme is rarely fewer than six to eight sessions, with quarterly maintenance after. We work with the body in front of us, not against it.

Six familiar patterns.

Each type has its own cause, depth and conversation with treatment. Hover or tap any plate to read its detail.

Cellulite

Structural

Dimpled appearance on thighs, buttocks, abdomen. The fibrous bands beneath are at fault, not the fat itself. Softened with subcision, lipolysis, and energy-based devices.

Stretch marks (red)

Recent

Pink or purple stretch marks — within two years of formation. The dermis is actively healing; therapy works well. Lasers and MNRF are foundational.

Stretch marks (silver)

Old

Pale, atrophic stretch marks years old. Improve, do not disappear. Patient timelines; sometimes ten to twelve sessions.

Localised fat

Resistant pockets

Diet-resistant pockets — flanks, upper arms, double chin. Treatable with injection lipolysis or cryolipolysis. Realistic limit is ten cubic centimetres per session.

Skin laxity

Loss of tone

Post-weight-loss, post-pregnancy, or age-related skin loosening. HIFU and RF tighten the dermis; large amounts of loose skin need surgical evaluation.

How we sequence the work.

I
Map
Photograph and measure the area at the first visit. Establish the baseline accurately.
II
Plan
Treatment plan with realistic outcomes and session count, discussed in person.
III
Treat
Sessions spaced by area and modality — usually two to four weeks apart.
IV
Maintain
Quarterly maintenance; lifestyle is non-negotiable for body work.

What we use.

The treatments most often part of this concern's protocol. Real plans combine two or three, sequenced over months. Tap any to read the detail.
