Name, contact details, medical history relevant to your treatment, and consent forms. Photographs taken during your visits remain in your file unless you ask us to remove them.
How we use it
To plan and deliver your treatment, to follow up after visits, and to keep medical records as required by Indian regulatory bodies. We do not share your information for marketing.
Your rights
