Medical information

Booking & cancellation
Consultations require a deposit, deducted from your final bill. Cancellations with twenty-four hours' notice are refunded; later cancellations forfeit the deposit. Late arrivals shorten — they do not extend — your appointment.
Photography
Before-and-after photographs are part of medical record-keeping. Use of any image for case studies or teaching requires your separate written consent and may be withdrawn at any time.
Liability
Treatments are performed to standards set by the Medical Council of India and our own clinical protocols. Adverse events, while rare, are managed in accordance with best medical practice. Detailed consent forms accompany every procedure.
