Intralesional therapy delivers a precise dose of medication directly into specific skin lesions. The targeted delivery means high local effect with minimal systemic exposure. Effective for hypertrophic and keloid scars, alopecia areata, granuloma annulare, lichen planus and resistant warts.
We sequence intralesional therapy into a course that respects how skin actually changes — visible result by the end of the schedule, with a written review at the halfway mark. Strength is stepped up only when the previous session has settled completely.
