SKINFILL BACIO is a Class III medical device by Mastelli (Italy) — a non-cross-linked, biorevitalising hyaluronic acid formulated specifically for the lips and perioral skin. Unlike volumising fillers, BACIO does not change lip shape or size; it rehydrates, restores elasticity, and softens fine lines around the mouth.
The protocol is sequenced: a short initial course of two to three sessions to build hydration, then four-to-six monthly top-ups to hold it. We do not bundle. We do not push patients toward filler if BACIO is the right answer.
A consultation precedes the first session: examination, history, and a written plan delivered the next morning. We do not double-book.
